Chuanjiang down jacket factory, the predecessor of Fulin group, established the Party branch in 1994 and the Party committee in 1998, which was the first Party committee of the private enterprises in Mianyang. It is also one of the first private enterprises to establish the Party committee in Sichuan Province. Today, Fulin group has developed into a cross-industry and cross -regional large-scale private enterprise party organization with one general Party branch, seven party branches and nearly 400 Party members.

Since it set up, Fulin group has always adhered to the Party construction concept of "listening to the party and always following the party" and the mind of "focusing on development to construct the Party in order to promote development".
