Mianyang Fulin Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fulin Building Materials") was established on November 1, 1999 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Fulin Industrial Group Co., Ltd.

It is now a member unit of China Concrete and Cement Products Association. The company has passed three system certifications, including ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management. It has the qualification for commercial concrete and has grown into a new type of green and environmental protection building materials production enterprise integrating independent research and development, production and sales, with an annual production capacity of 1 million cubic meters. Since 1999, the cumulative production and sales volume of the company's commercial concrete has exceeded 9 million cubic meters.
