As early as 1994, Chuanjiang Down Garment Factory, the predecessor of Fulin Group, established a Party branch. In 1998, it set up the first Party committee of a private enterprise in Mianyang, and it was also one of the earliest private enterprises in Sichuan Province to establish a Party committee. Today, Fulin Group has developed into a large cross-industry and cross-regional private enterprise Party organization with 1 general Party branch, 7 Party branches, and nearly 400 Party members.

Since its establishment, Fulin Group has always adhered to the Party building concept of "Listening to the Party and always following the Party" and the idea of "Grasping Party building around development and promoting development through good Party building". It has actively promoted the joint construction of Party and enterprise leading groups, joint training of teams, and joint organization of activities, which has effectively boosted the development of the enterprise.

Fulin Group has always closely integrated Party building work with enterprise development, staff team building, and corporate culture building, focusing on practical implementation and actual results. Its consistent efforts in Party building are prominently reflected in the fact that it has always regarded Party building work as an important force to promote enterprise development and has made unremitting efforts in this regard. The Party Committee of Fulin Group has successively won honors such as "National Advanced Primary-level Party Organization", "National Top 100 Double-Strength Party Organizations of Non-Public Enterprises", "Sichuan Advanced Primary-level Party Organization", and "Mianyang Advanced Primary-level Service-Oriented Party Organization". On July 11, 2012, Fulin's Party building work was highly recognized by leaders from the Organization Department of the Central Committee and the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee at the "Symposium on Party Building Work of Non-Public Enterprises in Five Southwest Provinces and Cities". In October 2013, it participated in the National Forum on Party Building of Non-Public Enterprises as a representative of Sichuan's non-public enterprises. In 2014, it was designated as a contact point for urban primary-level Party building work by the Organization Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee. In 2018, it became a "Demonstration Site for Party Building Work of Private Enterprises in the Province".
