- In 2021, it established a new energy company and Xinzhi Thermal Control Company to independently operate the drive system, suspension system, and thermal management system industries with concentrated advantageous resources;

- In 2022, it established Yifeng Linte Lithium New Energy Co., Ltd. in a joint venture with Jiangte to produce, research, develop, and sell lithium dihydrogen phosphate products (raw materials for lithium iron phosphate cathode materials).

The company currently focuses on three major new energy industry systems: precision manufacturing of automotive engine components, intelligent electronic control for new energy vehicles, and new energy lithium battery cathode materials.

(1) Precision Manufacturing of Automotive Engine Components Industry

The production and R&D bases are located in Mianyang. The main products include electromagnetic drive precision components such as VVT, VVL actuators, and oil pump solenoid valves, as well as precision hydraulic components such as tappets, rockers, nozzles, tensioners, and pump housings. These products are applied in automotive powertrains and chassis systems. The overall technical level in the segmented industry is leading in China and advanced internationally. The products are exported to European and South American countries, and long-term, stable, and in-depth strategic cooperative relationships have been established with many domestic and foreign OEMs. It is one of the major suppliers of precision components for automotive engines and new energy hybrid vehicles to influential domestic OEMs (such as Volkswagen, General Motors, GAC, and Geely).

(2) Intelligent Electronic Control for New Energy Vehicles Industry

The production and R&D bases are located in Chengdu and Mianyang. Mianyang Fulin Precision New Energy Co., Ltd. serves as the incubation platform for the new energy intelligent electronic control industry. The main products include new energy three-in-one systems, on-board reducers, gear shafts, housings, differentials, and solenoid valves for intelligent suspension system shock absorbers. These products are applied in new energy vehicles and their on-board electric drive systems and suspension systems, and the company holds a leading position in the segmented market of new energy intelligent electronic control.

(3) New Energy Lithium Battery Cathode Materials Industry

The production and R&D bases are distributed in Yichun, Jiangxi, and Shehong, Sichuan. The products are positioned as high-end power-type lithium iron phosphate, which are applied in new energy vehicle power batteries and energy storage fields. The Shehong base has an annual production capacity of 140,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate, and the 150,000-ton lithium iron phosphate project under construction in Jiangxi has started and is expected to be put into production in 2024. The main customers include CATL, BYD, and Honeycomb Energy.
