At the meeting, the chairmen and general managers of various enterprises reported on their business operations from January to March 2024, conducted in-depth analysis and summaries of existing issues, clarified rectification measures, and carefully listened to the suggestions and requirements of the group's leaders.

Before the start of the work summary meeting, the group company invited Director Wang Hui from Sichuan Yingtexin Law Firm to conduct a legal lecture on "Integrity Risk Prevention for Private Enterprises under the Background of the Revised Criminal Law Amendment and the Revised Company Law." Director Wang Hui focused on detailed case studies on preventing crimes committed by employees of private enterprises and common types of crimes, and provided an in-depth and comprehensive interpretation of the fiduciary duties of directors, supervisors, and senior officers, adjustments to shareholders' rights, and improvements to corporate governance in the new Company Law.
