New employee training activities

Activity Overview
In order to help new employees better understand the corporate culture, integrate into the company team, understand various rules and regulations, and accelerate their transformation into qualified Fulin people, Fulin Group successfully held the first new employee training session in 2024 on May 10-11. The content covers the new employee challenge competition, the group's development history, corporate culture and talent cultivation system introduction, business etiquette, legal knowledge and anti-corruption training, financial management system, and common financial and tax management system training. Nearly 80 new employees from Fulin Precision, Shenghua, Energy, Business Management, Property Management, Hotel and other affiliated enterprises participated in this training.

New Employee Challenge

On May 10th, the first and fourth new employee challenge competitions in 2024 kicked off. Director Huang Shu from the administrative and personnel department of the group company attended the departure ceremony and gave a speech. In her speech, Director Huang welcomed all new colleagues who chose Fulin as a stage to display their talents and abilities and a journey to pursue their dreams. At the same time, she advised new employees to be a person with ideals, aspirations, and a broad mind; to have clear goals, actively grow, and cherish every opportunity in their career; to maintain good connections with the outside world, and to take "altruism" as the ultimate goal of self-realization.

New employee style
In this challenge, each team worked together, strengthened the division of labor, and gave full play to the strength of the team, showing the vitality and style of Fulin's new employees. Each member actively participated in the challenges, worked closely together, supported each other, and overcame difficulties together.

Offline course training
At the training site, the group company organized all new employees to systematically study the history of Fulin's development, corporate culture, talent cultivation system, financial and tax regulations, legal knowledge and anti-corruption advocacy, as well as business etiquette courses. This helped everyone establish the correct values and behavior concepts of becoming a Fulin person; enhanced everyone's legal awareness, bottom line awareness, and anti-corruption awareness; helped everyone better understand and grasp common corporate financial and tax regulations and policies, familiarize themselves with financial delegation management methods; and helped everyone understand business etiquette norms in different regions and cultural backgrounds, learn effective communication skills and social skills.

Closing ceremony
Let excellence become a heritage. At the graduation ceremony for new employee training, Xiong Bo, the outstanding professional manager of the group company in 2023 and the general manager of Fulin Taohuadao Hotel, was invited to share his experience. He encouraged everyone to: 1. Always maintain curiosity and exploration, and regard the team as the soil for their own growth; 2. Actively integrate into the company culture and pursue excellence in their work; 3. Carry forward the vitality of young people, be brave in innovation and take responsibility.

At the graduation ceremony, the winning team of the new employee challenge competition was commended, and the team leader, Comrade Zhao Liang from Fulin Precision, was invited to share the harvest of this training and the feelings of joining Fulin as a representative of the new employees.

Training Summary
At a new starting point and on a new journey, the first phase of new employee training for Fulin Group in 2024 has come to a successful conclusion. We believe that every new member has acquired the necessary knowledge and skills and is ready to devote themselves to the development journey of Fulin. We look forward to their contribution to the growth of Fulin with a new look, full enthusiasm and solid professionalism. At the same time, we also firmly believe that with the joint cultivation and support of the big family of Fulin, they will continue to grow and work together with the company towards a more brilliant future.
